Online dating~2 words that I get fed up of hearing and saying on a regular basis.

At times it feels like a necessary evil in this modern world of dating but to say its a minefield would be putting it mildly.

Still at the grand age of 44yrs I find myself helplessly attempting to navigate my way through it.

It’s not something I ever envisaged for myself but hey ho sometimes life has different ideas for us and sadly it seems that my happily ever after isn’t going to come and knock down my door and get me so you know onwards and upwards we go or to be more precise ‘online’ I go!

Anyhow like most things every now and then there are funny moments, we are all human and I’m guessing looking for things in our own ways.

One of today’s messages made me chuckle and I haven’t shared any funny ones for a while so I thought why not.

We may well of walked a few steps today and it was so so worth it. We were so lucky to see the magnificent Deer which were absolutely breath taking,I could of stood and watched them all day.
Home for a yummy dinner with my Mama made for a really lovely sunday.❤x

I didn’t need to set an alarm for this morning but typically I was awake stupidly early after a particularly rubbish night.
One of those nights where the dreams are vivid and random and make absolutely no sense at all.
My cup says ‘all you need is love’ it should also say and plenty of coffee!

As the saying goes ‘every day is a school day’.

Life is full of learning but unlike school there is no timetable, no planned lessons for daily tasks, love, life, emotions,parenting etc.

Every day can feel the same,it has 24hrs in it, every week has 7 days but you can never be sure from one day to the next what you’ll be learning today,tomorrow or next week.

You don’t get days off, no summer holidays anymore.

You just go with the flow, riding the rollercoaster of life with its ups and downs,twists and turns.

Life is a learning process and you are never too old to learn.❤ x

This morning.

So this morning went something like this…

When you buy a bottle of wine at 8am (which is for tonight’s consumption!)and it rolls off of your back seat under the passenger seat, so you have to crawl across the seats (with your backside undoubtedly hanging out).


You turn around with said wine bottle in your hand and your next door neighbour is standing there,felt like I should explain myself but didn’t have time so just called out morning and dashed indoors!
